• Demonstrated enthusiasm for Ruby and worked with the language at a deep level, gaining an understanding of how it works and keeping up-to-date with new versions
• Took responsibility for your code by covering it with tests using Rspec or similar

• Worked with Go. If you don’t have experience with it, then a desire to learn it is a must
