Who you are
- You have 1-2 years of experience in either an Account Manager, Customer Success, or similar roles
- You are able to recognize & act upon new business opportunities
- You are fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus
- You have good negotiation skills

What the job involves
- As a Junior Operations Executive, you will be joining the Operations team. You will be responsible for the growth of one of our high-potential markets.
- In this position, you will be the link between our clients and the body repair shops. Support in promptly managing internal operations, improving demand and supply engagement by ensuring they both use the Fixico platform effectively, while building long-term relationships
- Fixico is on a mission to become the largest car repair marketplace in Europe. You will be one of the driving forces behind building relationships with body repair shops and key clients to make them successful on the Fixico platform
- You will provide them with all the information they need, and make sure they know what to expect and what we can offer to help
- You will act as both an advisor and a service provider, operating with a strong commercial mindset
- Creating and maintaining strategic long-term relationships with our clients and body repair shops in Germany
- Managing and monitoring the performance of the active clients in Germany
- Assist and educate clients to effectively use the Fixico platform to meet their business goals
- Creatively and professionally manage escalations and disputes between the parties
- Establish key relationships with channel partners to grow and scale the Network in Germany
- Ensure retention and product usage for both parties in the marketplace
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end process of the repairs in Germany

Fixico uses technology to ‘match-make’ between types of car damage and particular repair shops, resulting in a smooth, well-priced experience for all stakeholders. Its an interesting approach, and the company has got off to a good start from which it can continue to iterate and expand across Europe.
