- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player
- Fluent in German
What the job involves
- As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be selling directly to SMB accounts of our leading NoSQL database, Capella
- You will be part of a field sales team that has established Couchbase as the first Engagement Database in the world
- You’ll be driving opportunities and selling the value of our product and services offering, selling the value of our product and services offering
- Close business to meet or exceed quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
- Uncover opportunity at existing accounts and establish new accounts to develop sales pipeline
- Maintain pipeline in salesforce.com CRM system, tracking interactions with prospects and customers
- Conduct presentation of the company and product line
- Conduct high-level demonstration of the products
- Travel to customer sites
- Maintain daily activities in salesforce.com CRM system, tracking interactions with prospects and customers
