Who you are
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Basic Linux/UNIX familiarity (shell navigation, common commands) and interest in learning more about operating systems, networking, and storage
- Genuine curiosity about enterprise technology, cloud, and data management, and a desire to build a career in technical services or customer experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail in documentation
- Motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges, ask questions, and seek feedback
- Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset – you work well with others, listen actively, and contribute to a positive team culture
- A clear commitment to exceptional customer service and doing the right thing for customers and colleagues
- As this is an office‑centric role with a commitment to your learning and development, you are able to be present with our Team in the office 4 days per week (subject to local guidelines and business needs)

What the job involves
- Everpure (formerly Pure Storage) helps customers unleash the power of their data with our Enterprise Data Cloud architecture and Everpure Platform. We operate 24x7 support centers across North America, EMEA, and APJ, delivering a consistently outstanding experience to customers around the globe
- Within the Global Technical Services (GTS) organization, you will be part of one of the industry’s best support teams, working closely with our broader Customer Experience (CX) organization – including Technical Services, Professional Services, PEAK, Portfolio, and Customer Success

We are looking for an intern who shares these values and wants to learn how world‑class technical support is delivered at scale
- As a Technical Services Intern, you will support our global customer support operations and learn how to:
- Work on technical customer issues that span hardware, software, and environmental factors across the Everpure product portfolio
- Triage, own, and track customer issues in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Support storage upgrades and maintenance activities by preparing updates, validating pre‑checks, and shadowing senior engineers during change windows
- Assist in troubleshooting proactive alerts from customer storage arrays
- Champion customer issues internally and represent Everpure with concise, professional written and verbal communication
- This is a hands‑on learning role: you will be paired with experienced engineers, given structured opportunities to practice, and supported with regular feedback and coaching
- During your 6 month internship, you will gain experience in:
- Enterprise support fundamentals – case lifecycle management, severity/priority handling, and working in a 24x7 operation
- Everpure products and platform – core concepts of FlashArray, data services, and the Everpure Platform
- Troubleshooting practices – how to gather logs, reproduce issues, and use internal tools and runbooks to investigate problems
- Customer communication – writing clear, concise updates and participating in customer calls with a senior engineer
- Knowledge management – how Global Technical Services uses KBs, runbooks, and playbooks to scale expertise across CX
- Working in a global CX organization – collaborating across time zones, functions, and roles to deliver a unified customer experience
