Each team member is approachable and happy to help, contribute or answer questions. There's a great sense of unity toward a common goal, and I trust fully that when an action point is agreed upon, it will be carried out.

Guillaume and Romain combined as CTO and CEO respectively are a rare combination of skill, knowledge, insight, and high EQ. Every decision I've seen is smart, reasoned and backed up with a good logical case or well understood data. I've worked with them in other organisations and is a big part of why I wanted to join StackOne.

It's great that the team trusts and respects my skillset, giving me the freedom to approach design tasks in a way that is incredibly fulfilling. The ability to own the design landscape, suggest approaches to work, and iterate with the team on feedback is brilliant. It's also exciting to be on the bleeding edge of a technology and use design to bring it to life in the best way possible.

It's special to work in a team in which every individual cares deeply about their craft (from dev to sales), but is also incredibly hard working, whilst respecting how everyone works and their personal time. It's the perfect balance.

After coming from an enterprise company background where ulterior motives are common place, it's refreshing to work at StackOne where you can be completely honest about both work and life.
