Who you are
- Third level qualification in HR or related discipline, CIPD qualified
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR administration
- Highly proficient with core HRIS administration and employee data reporting (Sage, Workday etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Detail oriented, methodical, and takes a structured approach to tasks
- Strong communication skills with fluent English

What the job involves
- As People Experience Administrator within the People Operations Team, you will be part of a healthy high-performance team of HR professionals where your contribution matters
- The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that all administrative aspects of HR activities are carried out efficiently and streamlined where possible

- First Point of Contact for Employee Requests
- Serve as the primary contact for all People-related queries, promoting self-service where possible and ensuring a positive employee experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests within agreed SLA timelines
- Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Manage all People-related administration throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with accuracy and consistency
- Deliver the People Experience Induction as part of the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel supported and informed
- Process Improvement and Efficiency
- Regularly review HR and office processes to make tasks simpler, save time, and improve accuracy
- Use HR tools and systems to automate tasks and keep procedures up-to-date for consistency
- Gather feedback and use data to find areas for improvement and make employees' experiences better
- HR Systems and Benefits Administration
- Maintain and update employee data within the HR system, ensuring accuracy and efficient reporting
- Administer employee benefits programs and support compliance tasks, including annual reporting and policy updates
- Policy, Leave, and Reporting Administration
- Manage People policies, leave of absence processes, and provide 1st Tier employee relations support
- Generate reports for the People Experience team and internal stakeholders to support decision-making and compliance, maintaining strict confidentiality
- Office Support
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks such as invoice processing, record maintenance, and addressing employee queries when required
- Provide full On-site office management coverage during leave, overseeing operations, vendor coordination, and facilities management
- Proactively contribute to maintaining a well-functioning office environment and support the organization of events and meetings when require

It runs what is essentially a B2B marketplace for car rentals, through which airlines and travel agents can offer their clients end-to-end travel options.
