Who you are

Proven B2B sales experience in iGaming, AdTech, MarTech, or digital media
A strong understanding of programmatic advertising, SaaS, and audience data
Experience managing complex, long sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
A global mindset, with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Existing network in the iGaming or performance marketing world (big plus!)
Willingness to travel for key meetings and major industry events

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our global growth, taking our category-defining platform to new markets and helping our clients unlock next-level results
This is your chance to lead from the front, build meaningful relationships with leading operators, affiliate networks, and agencies, and become a driving force behind a high-growth tech business
🌍 Lead the charge in identifying and closing global deals with iGaming operators, media agencies, and affiliate networks
🤝 Be the trusted face of Lift DSP, delivering compelling demos and tailored proposals that speak to each client’s goals
📈 Manage a healthy pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently exceed your sales targets
🔧 Collaborate closely with Product and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
🌐 Represent Lift at major international conferences and industry events, building our presence and your profile
🧠 Feed insights from clients and the market back into our product and marketing strategy

Our take

Small to medium enterprises have a wealth of eCommerce solutions, taking advantage of numerous offerings in the ubiquitous Shopify ecosystem. But eventually, successful companies scale beyond what Shopify can support and they find themselves having to develop their own eCommerce platform in-house. MOOT was founded when a company found itself in this exact situation, and other companies approached it to use the tools it developed.

MOOT isn't alone in this space, with Shopify and WooCommerce beginning to offer solutions for brands which are ready to scale.
