What the job involves
- We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational engine behind our hiring process
- You'll own interview scheduling and logistics, ensure a smooth and delightful candidate experience, and support our recruiters and hiring teams to keep the hiring process moving efficiently
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across multiple roles and time zones
- Be a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm, professional, and well-communicated experience
- Coordinate onsite/virtual interview loops, including prep for interviewers and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
- Support offer logistics and background check processes
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes on track
