Senior IT Engineer, Upstart

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 4+ years of experience managing macOS and iOS devices using JAMF or similar MDM platforms
• 4+ years of experience administering Okta, including user lifecycle management and workflow automation
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS applications such as Google Workspace and Zoom
• Experience working with AWS services, including EC2 and S3

• As a Senior IT Engineer at Upstart, you will own and deliver IT initiatives from initial concept through deployment and ongoing optimization. You will partner across teams to design scalable systems, gather feedback, and continuously improve the employee technology experience in a fast-moving environment
• Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from requirements gathering and system design through implementation and rollout
• Design scalable and maintainable IT systems across device management, identity, and SaaS platforms
• Manage and scale mobile device management (MDM) solutions for macOS and iOS devices using JAMF
• Administer and optimize identity and access management systems, including Okta configuration, lifecycle management, and workflows
• Own administration and integrations across core SaaS tools such as Google Workspace and Zoom
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and improve system performance and user experience
• Build automation to streamline IT operations and support a high-velocity, high-performing environment
