Who you are
- Experience of Project Management skills being utilized within a business environment
- Confident trouble-shooter and mediator
- Must be detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Trello
- Experience in dealing with luxury clients and strong understanding of external stake holder management
- Experience managing and producing multi-platform campaigns is beneficial but not essential
- A strong team player who can develop trusted relationships between internal departments
What the job involves
- You will be the primary contact for all campaigns being delivered by the Creative Services team to our clients and the wider business
- An integral role which ensures all output is delivered in a timely, efficient manner and on budget
- Scope projects, plan timelines from campaign conception through to final delivery
- Cross discipline project management of global projects touching multiple teams within the company including external clients, Art Direction, Design, Ad Operations, Editorial, Copy, Production, Translations, Marketing and Merchandising
- Communicate clearly to external clients on content, decisions, timings and project status
- Own the overall content plan along with timings and deliverables
- To be responsible for ensuring all creative projects are produced on-brand and of the highest quality
- Capture requirements from multiple departments and be responsible for ensuring clear communication of stakeholder decisions, timings, and status
- Monitor campaign product deliveries and manage timelines accordingly
- Manage channel inventory and timings with channel owners with clear and consistent communication
- Deliver final assets to all channels when campaign is ready to launch
- Share live campaign content with clients
