• We're looking for a dynamic Social Media and Community Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing our online community of customers and stylists
• Manage All Platforms: You’ll be responsible for overseeing our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.), ensuring they’re fresh, engaging, and on-brand
• Content Creation & Curation: Craft compelling, shareable posts (graphics, videos, captions) that resonate with our audience of stylists and inspire engagement
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to keep the conversation going and foster meaningful relationships with our community
• Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customer queries on social media, helping to resolve issues and providing stellar support
• Trendspotting: Stay on top of the latest social media trends and tools to keep our brand innovative and relevant
• Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Develop collabs and partnerships with influencers and brands for cross-promotion
• Assist and contribute to brand content creation, i.e. photoshoots, campaigns, etc
