Who you are
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably at a fast scaling start up
- Experience driving leave management programs and policy creation at a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of US compliance requirements

What the job involves
- As a People Operations Generalist, you will play a critical role on our People Ops team by ensuring Vanta’s growth is supported by scaling systems, policy and programs
- You’ll have an opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including benefits programs, policy creation, compliance, employee mobility and building an efficient, tech-enabled employee experience
- You will have an opportunity to iterate on existing People processes and translate business needs into scalable and repeatable solutions
- The ideal teammate is a creative problem solver who operates with urgency and thrives in the face of ambiguity
- This is a remote position in the United States and reports into the Senior Manager, People Ops
- Manage our existing employee leave policies globally and the ways that we administer them
- Manage all compliance reporting responsibilities etc
- Partner with the legal team to ensure that HR policies and procedures meet the needs of Vanta and are in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Drive efficiency across our core People Ops processes - building automation and optimizing our use of technology to ensure we can operate at scale
- Support benefits strategy and administration
- Support various strategic people ops projects as needed
