What the job involves

Flywire is seeking a results-driven and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing B2B team
You will be the first point of contact for prospects and play a crucial role in driving top-of-funnel activity to support our enterprise sales efforts, focused on AR automation, ERP-integrated solutions, and cross-border payments
Qualify inbound and outbound leads across targeted verticals (Insurance, Franchising, Associations)
Conduct discovery calls and identify prospect pain points aligned with Flywire’s I2C platform
Collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and support enterprise motions
Maintain accurate lead and activity data in Salesforce
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, ERP ecosystem developments, and competitor moves

Flywire was first set up to help international students pay their tuition for American colleges, but has since grown into a global payments enablement and software company.
