- Loves data, process engineering, and using technology (tools & systems, AI, etc.) to enhance their individual and team’s ability to succeed
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales management experience (ideally outside or field sales)
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
- Please note: you must be located in the Miami to West Palm Beach area to be considered for this position. A Spanish speaker would be highly advantageous
What the job involves
- Our Regional Sales Managers lead teams of Territory Managers; these TMs serve as Slice’s “boots-on-the-ground” and are responsible for acquiring new shops, upselling existing partners and ensuring their territories are not only healthy, but growing
- Our Regional Sales Managers also work cross-functionally with their peers in Sales and the broader GTM organization to define & execute strategy, as well as partners in Implementation, Operations and Product to ensure the entire customer journey is constantly optimized

Slice gives independent pizzerias easy access to the digital tools needed to run a successful business, from bespoke websites with online ordering capabilities to digital marketing and SEO service. According to Slice, pizzerias that use its services can expect both an increase in their online order value and in repeat customers.
The market for online food ordering is huge, with the likes of Grubhub, Deliveroo and Uber Eats controlling most of the market share. To differentiate itself, Slice has honed in on the popularity of pizza.
