Paid Media Manager, Kandji

• Proven experience managing paid media channels for a SaaS company or in a B2B tech environment
• Solid understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, BI tools, or similar)
• Ability to manage large budgets and prioritize channels based on data-driven insights
• Creative and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who will be responsible for managing Kandji's paid advertising strategy, execution, and performance across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Reddit, and programmatic channels
• This role is critical in ensuring we reach the right audience, drive qualified leads, and maximize ROI from our ad spend
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with Kandji’s marketing goals
• Manage budgets, forecast performance, and continuously optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPL, and lead quality
• Own the creation and testing of ad copy, creatives, and audience targeting across platforms
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation stakeholders to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging paid media opportunities
