Who you are

  • As a player-coach, we need a strategic thinker but also a do-er with superb storytelling, writing, and editing skills

  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of setting editorial strategy and developing a variety of content that engage business leaders, tech-savvy readers, and the c-suite across the buyers’ journey
  • Last but not least, you need to be able to execute effectively in a dynamic, global environment
  • 7-10+ years of professional writing experience and content strategy within an enterprise B2B environment (ecommerce, fraud, payments or fintech experience preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in a content leadership position, managing a team of in-house writers and external resources
  • Effective communicator and collaborator alongside excellent writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated successes in capturing target audiences through engaging content
  • Supervise the production of multiple regional projects under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing next generation content tools (GA4, Semrush, etc)
  • Obsessive about measuring and optimizing the performance of your content
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful B2B corporate-level positioning, content and brand campaigns

What the job involves

  • Riskified is looking for a Director of Content Marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and results to the next level
  • As head of content, you will work closely with various marketing functions and other stakeholders across the globe to create full-funnel content that embodies our brand, demonstrates our expertise, provides value to our target audiences, and aligns to our business goals
  • You’ll be responsible for overseeing the content marketing function while growing and nurturing a primarily external team of writers
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand gen, field marketing, data insights and communications teams to develop a content marketing strategy, roadmap, themes, and editorial calendar
  • Create full-funnel content pillars and derivatives (infographics, blogs, video scripts, ebooks, white papers, events/webinar programming etc.) for integrated marketing programs aligned to target personas and buying stages
  • Identify opportunities for new content types, channels, and visual material (image/video) or engagement tools (surveys, calculators) to maximize relevance for target audiences
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders for the best formats/deliverables to achieve their goals
  • Regularly report on content performance using data derived through analytics tools to identify opportunities and learnings
  • Collaborate with Riskified’s in-house design team to develop compelling visuals to bring the writing to life

Was as a researcher in the Israeli Defense Forces before moving to the Fraud Science Corporation as a fraud analyst in 2007. The company was acquired by PayPal in 2008, and Eido joined PayPal's risk department, later moving to its automation department. Was recruited by BillGuard and worked in the analytics department from September 2011 to November 2012. Founded Riskified in 2012.

Worked as a researcher for Nokia alongside his studies. Was Head of Research Technologies at Kinetic Global Markets from 2009 to 2011. Lectured at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design. Joined BillGuard as an Algorithm Engineer in 2011, and then co-founded Riskified in 2012.
