Senior Product Manager, Wrapbook

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical environment
• Proven ability to define and execute on product strategy with measurable outcomes
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, operations, legal)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
• Comfort working in areas of ambiguity—able to dive deep and become a subject matter expert
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate with deep empathy for user needs. You have a track record of translating customer insights into elegant, scalable solutions, especially across operationally complex user journeys

• You’ll define and execute product strategy, working closely with engineering and design to deliver delightful, compliant, and scalable solutions
• At Wrapbook, you’ll shape products that power the entertainment industry — helping productions of all sizes run smoothly while ensuring every worker gets paid accurately and on time
• Own the roadmap and vision for your product area, aligning customer needs with company priorities
• Partner closely with engineering and design to define requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-quality features that solve meaningful problems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, business development, client operations, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and readiness for launches
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers and the production payroll domain to uncover insights, identify unmet needs, and inspire innovation
• Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and measure impact
• Advocate for quality and compliance, ensuring that products meet the standards required in financial and regulated environments
• Drive execution end-to-end, from discovery through launch, ensuring on-time, predictable delivery
