Role

Who you are

  • 5+ years of HR people operations or service delivery experience, with a focus on global or multi-region HR management in a high-growth or matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated experience in managing HR processes, compliance, and data across independently operating regions
  • Strong ability to identify, implement, and promote consistent HR practices that add value across a global footprint while maintaining local compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions in a matrixed environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach
  • English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed

Desirable

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will apply your leadership skills to support our People Services Director build and develop our People Services team, ensuring a high quality, swift and seamless service
  • You will utilise your expertise to update, optimise and streamline Nuvei end-to-end HR processes with a focus on end-user experience, simplification and standardization
  • Working alongside our People Operations team, you will use an insights-based approach to drive and contribute to global continuous improvement, supporting programs focused on how we attract, enable, support and retain our talent globally
  • Support the development and implementation of a People Services strategy that ensures efficient, scalable, and consistent HR service delivery across all regions, while addressing unique local needs and practices
  • Work closely with wider People Operations teams to understand where support/improvement is required and build requirements into a continuous improvement roadmap
  • Support local People Ops BPs to ensure accuracy and efficiency of HR administrative processes, ensuring they comply with local, regional, and international labor laws and align with global standards where appropriate
  • Partner with HRIS team to leverage technology as part of process improvement and efficiency
  • Oversee and own the end-to-end execution of a specific HR lifecycle processes globally
  • Engage regional stakeholders to drive process consistency globally and coordinate efforts towards global process improvement
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining process maps and associated documentation, including knowledge bases and content for employees, managers and wider People Ops stakeholders
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement, optimisation and implementation of specific global processes, ensuring customer centricity
  • Enhance processes as our technology eco-system evolves
  • Support Finance with monthly headcount reporting, where required
  • Serve as a point of escalation and support for team members to solve any complex challenges in relation to specific processes
  • Nurture an attitude of continuous improvement amongst the team
  • Support with ad-hoc projects, where required
