Who you are

- The Accounting Analyst will be someone who is operationally proficient while juggling multiple workstreams
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Experience with operational accounting tasks, such as AP, AR, Payroll, and Journal Entries
- Exposure to Netsuite preferred
- Proven proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) Google Docs/Sheets
- Excellent writing, oral communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
What the job involves
- The Accounting Analyst will be the go to person for all things accounting operations at Harvey, including AP, Procurement, AR and Payroll
- Process accounts payable (A/P) invoices using Zip
- Assist with procurement requests by ensuring that requests are completed, that approvals are happening timely
- Process vendor onboarding requests
- Review expense reimbursement requests for adherence to policies
- Send accounts receivable (A/R) reminders (dunning) to our customers to ensure timely payments
- Prepare US and UK payrolls
- Perform cash reconciliation

This approach has seen the company raise substantial funding, reaching Unicorn status in 2024. Funds will be used to expand to new geographies, grow headcount and further collect and curate data to train more “domain-specific” AI models.
