Who you are
- Native-level English
- Experience in BDR/SDR roles: Minimum of 1 year in a remote B2B Business Development position
- Cold calling & outbound experience: Comfortable with making minimum 100 calls/day, minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling
- Target- and KPI-driven: Working towards clear goals, quotas, and performance metrics energizes you and pushes you to overachieve
- Self-starter mindset: Highly motivated and proactive; eager to try new approaches, learn quickly and communicate openly
- Time Zone: Based within +/-2 hours from CET zone
What the job involves
- Our Sales Team is looking for a driven, goal-oriented, and intrinsically motivated self-starter with a proven track record in high-performing remote sales environments to join us as a
- Business Development Representative (BDR)
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers in the UKI region
- You will be responsible for reaching out to them through various channels (phone, email, and LinkedIn) to introduce our global hiring solutions and schedule virtual walkthroughs with our Account Executives (AEs)
- Be the first point of contact for potential clients based in the UK or Ireland
- Reach out via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Identify their need for a global hiring solution and uncover key pain points
- Spark interest in our platform and guide them toward a virtual walkthrough
- Schedule demos for our Account Executives
Our take
The travel restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in many workers being forced to work from home, and this led to many people realising that they could work remotely from anywhere in the world. This not only presents benefits for employees but also employers who have a larger pool of international prospective staff to choose from, but this comes with difficult HR management challenges.
WorkMotion develops bespoke SaaS platforms for the management of international hiring, onboarding, human resource management, and compliance across over 160 countries. This prevents businesses from having to set up foreign offices and workforces to handle international HR challenges, making global expansion more affordable and less time-consuming.
The challenges of managing international HR compliance have been brought to light due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and naturally, this means that WorkMotion faces competition from other companies tackling the same problems. However, the company currently stands out due to its bespoke handling of each client scenario, realizing that no single set of tools is sufficient for every company.
