Who you are
- Highly organised, with the ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with professional maturity and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Detail-orientated, with a consistent focus on accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of work
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel / Sheets)
- Comfortable using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience with Workable or similar tools is a plus
- Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential
What the job involves
- As a Talent Coordinator at Skin + Me, you will play a key role in shaping the candidate journey and supporting our growing teams
- You’ll work closely with the hiring managers to coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, efficient and positive experience for every applicant
- This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, people-focussed, and passionate about helping others succeed, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Review applications and CVs, identifying and shortlisting exceptional candidates for open positions
- Organise, schedule, and conduct phone interviews with candidates across all departments at Skin + Me
- Partner with hiring managers to interview scheduling, candidate communications and ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely, professional and engaging communication at every stage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance with with GDPR and other relevant legislation
- Support employer branding initiatives, including helping to draft job ads, social media posts, and other candidate-facing content
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline progress) to support continuous improvement of the hiring process
- Collaborate with the People Team on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes, contributing ideas that enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Represent and embody Skin + Me values to deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Back in 2018, Skin + Me's founders identified a huge problem in the world of skincare: people don’t just struggle with their skin – they struggle with how they’re supposed to deal with it. With no truly effective solutions available, the company set out to build a pioneering online dermatology service that provides personalised skincare.
Skin + Me takes customers through a simple online medical consultation and work with dermatologists to prescribe a treatment, personalised to the individual. Part of the company's unique selling point is that its made-to-order formulation arrives through a subscription box each month and comes in a ‘Daily Doser’ – a specially designed bottle that dispenses the exact amount of the product needed for daily application.
Skin + Me is supported by a team of dermatologists, pharmacists and direct-to-consumer experts, which allows it to deliver across the business - from skin science to building the technology platform behind it. The company's growth plans include continual development of its services while ensuring it sticks to its ethos: providing desired, effective, and personalised skincare.
