Role
Who you are

- Experience with SEO and website management highly desirable
What the job involves
- We are looking for someone to manage the day to day build, maintenance, and SEO of our website
- That means keeping our pages and content up to date, as well as staying on top of technical SEO
- You’ll ensure our website is running smoothly for our customers, and optimised to rank highly on search engines
- Create, optimise, and maintain our business-as-usual website content
- Build execution for all campaign content across all our sites
- Identify, raise and manage web user experience issues through to resolution
- Work with cross functional teams to website changes for things like messaging, contact information and legal documentation
- Implement our technical SEO strategy to improve our website visibility and search engine performance to ultimately grow website revenue
- Research and refine keywords based on Elvie’s target audiences (and our competitors’), to drive a high volume of relevant traffic to our site
- Monitor and analyse website performance metrics using SEO tools and platforms to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with our website product manager to prioritise and implement SEO best practices, including site architecture, URL structure, links, tags, page speed optimisation, mobile optimisation, and structured data markup
- Stay up to date with latest Google algorithm and SEO best practice guidelines

- 30-minute video call with one of our recruiters
- 30-45 minute video call with the hiring managers
- 45-60 minute video interview with the team (some positions may require you to complete a task/presentation)
- 30 minute video call with D2C Marketing Director
