Who you are
- This role requires a consultative approach to sales and a deep understanding of the complex needs of enterprise SaaS clients
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS enterprise sales or similar experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing a book of business within a complex sales cycle
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build trust with enterprise clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solution-oriented approach to client challenges
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with sales engagement tools
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment with changing priorities
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team, sharing insights and supporting peers to achieve collective goals
What the job involves
- As an Account Executive, you will collaborate with our leadership team and cross-functional partners to identify market trends, gather customer insights, and uncover new growth opportunities
- You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions and fostering client success
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Understand client challenges and goals, strategizing and executing on how Flowcode can meet specific business needs
- Develop lasting relationships with key client stakeholders across their organizations
- Work with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to address client needs and ensure effective solution delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM data for sales forecasts and account statuses
- Keep up with industry trends and competitive landscape to offer relevant insights to clients and internal teams
