Engineering Test Technician, Figure

• 3+ years of experience testing, diagnosing, or supporting complex systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills at the system level
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience reading and following detailed mechanical and electrical documentation
• Comfortable using hand tools and diagnostic equipment for assembly and testing
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to lift and replace components up to 50 lbs

• We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join our team. This person will focus on testing complex subsystems in our humanoid robot
• Perform subsystem and system-level testing to verify functionality, performance, and reliability against specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and integration issues identified during testing
• Develop, document, and execute test procedures and validation plans
• Build and maintain automated test processes to improve efficiency and repeatability
• Integrate test automation, data collection, and reporting tools into existing workflows
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across testing processes and product quality
• Document results and track issues using JIRA and Google Workspace tools
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
