Role
Who you are
- You’ll need a strong understanding of how to build and scale design systems, along with the drive to keep pushing the work forward
- A standout interactive portfolio that reflects a deep passion for craft and technology, grounded in clear understanding of audience behavior and motivation
- 7+ years of experience in agency or in-house environments, focused on digital experiences and marketing website design
- Strong UX instincts and the ability to translate principles into intuitive, empathetic user experiences
- A drive to build cohesive visual systems — and the curiosity to push beyond the status quo, regardless of scale or precedent
- The ability to self-direct in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple workstreams while keeping stakeholders aligned
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, with confidence presenting work and decisions to cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders
- Fluency in industry-standard tools and producing production-ready files. We work with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Notion, and AI and prototyping tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, ProtoPie, etc.). Experience with AI, code-based animation, or emerging technologies is a strong plus
What the job involves
- As a Senior Interactive Designer at Persona, you’ll join our growing Brand Studio and help define the next chapter of our brand across every digital touchpoint
- With a primary focus on our marketing website, you’ll lead design exploration and guide how the site grows — working from early concepts through iteration and production, and setting the bar with thoughtful, well-crafted digital experiences
- This role require close collaboration across teams, managing projects of varying scope and complexity cross-functionally
- With a rebrand just underway, this is a rare opportunity to help shape our visual system at a foundational moment and make a lasting impact on Persona’s brand
- Design and deliver category-defining digital experiences across our marketing website and interactive touchpoints (including event activations, micro-sites, and digital collateral)
- Lead the direction of our marketing website through alignment on strategy, guiding day-to-day execution with the web team, and rethinking how our brand comes to life across interactive surfaces
- Partner with design and engineering to turn bold concepts into refined prototypes and polished, production-ready experiences
- Raise the bar for craft across the brand team and influence how our brand shows up within product
- Champion a culture of feedback and collaboration, engaging designers, cross-functional partners, and executive stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of Persona’s brand and play a defining role in where it goes next

Persona enables businesses to verify customer identities, fostering trust in online interactions and aiding in age verification, fraud prevention and account recovery. It offers a comprehensive suite of automated identity verification components with worldwide coverage that can be configured, branded and themed to create custom-tailored flows for any use case.
Businesses and governmental organizations can access Persona’s platform via an API, which supports various documents from government-issued IDs to biometrics, ensuring customers are who they claim to be. Persona’s platform also collects passive signals such as a user’s device, location and behavioural patterns to provide a more holistic risk profile, beneficial in financial and insurance contexts.
An impressive partnership with MDT saw Persona enable credit unions to adjust their identity verification flows in real-time, strengthening fraud prevention. The company continues to attract funding which supports the scaling of its offerings and reach. In fact, in 2025, it reached a $2 billion valuation, which showcases the success it has had.
