Who you are

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technologies to both technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing technical role
Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

Desirable

Experience with data collection, processing, and modelling, preferably in data centre environments or similar technical fields
Familiarity with GraphQL for crafting efficient queries and JSONata for data analysis and organisation
Knowledge of application integration, including BACnet and/or Modbus protocols
Understanding of IT networking, remote access technology, IP routing, VMware implementation, and cloud services

What the job involves

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer to join our team
In this role, you will act as the lead technical resource in customer and partner engagements, working closely with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising applications to improve system performance and efficiency
