Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in B2C Tech, Product, Consulting, or a fast paced start-up environment
- 1+ years of experience
- As a people manager
- Strong project management skills and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Experience with testing methodologies such as “A/B Testing”
- Analytical experience, and ability to diagnose and prioritize product issues in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting user interviews, gathering feedback, and driving customer-focused improvements
- Able to maintain documentation, and drive process improvements for long-term operational success
- Strategic thinking, and demonstrates ability to communicate long-term product strategy
What the job involves
- The Product Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation, quality, and success of our products.
- As a leader in this space, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining a strong focus on customer-centric solutions.
- You will lead efforts to identify and resolve product issues, manage post-launch processes, and implement strategic policy and compliance initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-impact results while continuously enhancing the user experience
- Work closely with PM’s and internal stakeholders to ensure products have the needed operational support from inception, to long term product maintenance
- Lead and manage cross-functional efforts to diagnose, chase down, and prioritize root causes of user issues, coordinating closely with stakeholders like PMs and the Fraud team to ensure action
- Conduct and own customer interviews, gather feedback on features, and ensure product support needs are accurately assessed and fulfilled
- Drive policy changes related to compliance, delinquency, and charge-off reporting; maintain detailed documentation and product changelogs for transparency and operational efficiency
- Manage post-launch operations, including furnishing follow-ups, compliance tracking, and metrics monitoring to ensure product stability and success

Having a solid credit history is a fundamental building block for financial health and there is a large market of people looking to build or rebuild their credit scores. Roughly half of all American adults have subprime credit or no credit whatsoever, and it’s safe to say there is a demand for credit products tailored to beginners and builders.
Kikoff is a credit-building platform aimed at Millennials and GenZ. Their signature product helps consumers without a credit history to positively influence several key aspects of their credit score. This includes their payment history, how much they owe, and the length of their account history.
Kikoff's goal is to help customers across their entire financial journeys and create a simple and positive banking relationship: from stabilizing cash flows to accumulating savings, and building towards long-term goals such as a mortgage. The company plans to build out its technology and team, across all function areas, to bring new products to market in the future.
