Strategic Partnership Account Manager, Rula

• This role requires strong ownership and operational rigor, along with a proven ability to drive outcomes within a defined book of business
• 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or partnership management, with demonstrated success growing and retaining existing accounts
• 4+ years owning performance-based metrics tied to account growth, retention, engagement, or utilization
• 3+ years managing enterprise clients (3,000+ employees) in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience leading structured business reviews, strategic planning conversations, or annual account planning with external stakeholders
