Product Marketing Manager, Zoom

• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA (preferred)
• 5+ years of professional experience in product marketing for a SaaS company
• Experience in the collaboration/rooms/facilities space ideal
• You have excellent leadership skills and are successful in matrixed organizations

• Zoom Video Communications is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Employee Experience Product Marketing team
• This role will be focused on elevating Zoom’s Modern Hybrid Work strategy and narratives through launch themes and GTM strategies that differentiate Zoom within the market
• In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with our product, competitive, and go-to-market teams to create compelling campaigns and enablement tactics that showcase how Zoom can help businesses reimagine the way they collaborate across teams and locations while supporting flexible workstyles
• Strategy: Be a key leader along with counterparts from sales and product in driving and meeting goals to position Zoom as a leader in modern hybrid work. Set go-to-market strategies for key initiatives, product growth efforts, and launches
• Modern Work Expert: Be the expert in flexible modern work and how our Zoom One and Zoom Spaces solutions such as Meetings, Whiteboard, Workspace Reservation, and Intelligent Director can solve business pain points. Fully understand executive, facilities, and IT decision-maker buyers, the different workstyle types and needs, the competitive landscape, key differentiators, and opportunities globally
• Storytelling: Build key themes, value propositions, and narratives by audiences to showcase the value of our products and customer benefits
• Content: Lead the GTM teams on the content direction for campaigns, websites, blogs, webinars, and other demand-gen vehicles. Roll up your sleeves to make sure cross-functional teams have updated key messaging documents, videos, presentations, datasheets, white papers, battle card contributions, and other assets
• Enablement and Pipeline Generation: Work closely with the sales and partner enablement, channel marketing, and customer success teams on strategies and content to meet business goals, support pipeline generation programs create champions within the organization
• Project Management: Lead and project manage cross-functional initiatives for key product launches and activities. Set KPIs and success metrics, deliverables, and due dates to drive impactful outcomes. Provide executive readouts and updates for top business initiatives and launches
• Events: Build in-person and virtual event messaging and content around thought leadership and our products. Present in webinars, virtual events, and on stage at Zoom and industry events
