Who you are
- You have good English skills and feel comfortable when interacting within a multilingual environment. Level B2 Mandatory
- You are rigorous & autonomous

What the job involves
- Veepee is looking for a training coordinator to support the company & specifically the HR Talent Development team in planning, organizing and following up on learning & training initiatives
- In collaboration with the other Talent specialists: plan, organise, follow-up, evaluate & report on our Veepee academies & communities in all different countries(e.g. Manage the global training calendar, and communication templates)
- Participating in talent side projects where needed, such as global onboarding for France
- Be the contact person for the logistics & administration of training in France (VPLog & VPCom)
- Be in charge of the creation of purchase requests (demande de prise en charge) in the OPCO platform for safety trainings and our internal Veepee tool (for France)
- Create reports on different trainings happening in France (aligned with legal requirements and CSE reporting)
- Internal/External Relations:
- Main internal relations: all staff
- Main external relations: L&D providers, OPCO
- Apprenticeship contract only
