Who you are
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Marketing Manager with a focus on MarTech management
- Proficiency with an enterprise tech stack (Marketo, SFDC, LeanData, 6Sense, and Tableau, etc)
- Marketo ACE-MEBP certification is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent project management abilities
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tech, and trends
What the job involves
- As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing technology strategy.
- You will be responsible foridentifying, implementing, and managing our MarTech stack to enhance our marketing capabilities, streamline processes, and drive revenue growth.
- This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creativity to ensure our marketing efforts are efficient, data-driven, and customer-focused
- MarTech Management: Administer and maintain the existing marketing technology stack, including day-to-day system management, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate data flow between platforms
- Technology Optimization: Optimize our marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense, Pendo, etc.) to support our marketing efforts
- Data Management: Oversee data collection, segmentation, and analysis to deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration between marketing technology solutions and other systems, such as sales, customer support, and e-commerce
- Campaign Operations: Implement and manage Marketo campaigns to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes
- Email Campaign Execution and Strategy: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic email marketing plans and strategies
- Campaign Design: Collaborate with content, design, growth, and digital marketing teams to create compelling and targeted marketing assets
- Analytics and Reporting: Establish robust reporting mechanisms to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Documentation: Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Compliance: Ensure marketing technology practices comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards
