- Business’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- A good level of French is highly desirable
- 1-2 years experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Exposure to the tech or SaaS industry is desirable
- Strong commercial and communication skills, with a sales-oriented mindset
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a dynamic Junior Presales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving customer success and sales effectiveness
- Join ForceManager and play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process by engaging with potential customers to understand their business needs and challenges
- Discovery Calls: Conduct calls with pre-qualified leads to understand their business needs and challenges
- Assess whether leads are ready for product demonstrations and next steps in the sales processes
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, tailored demos of ForceManager, showcasing its features and benefits
- Demonstrate alignment between the solution and customer business goals, addressing specific challenges
- Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and demo strategies
- Provide insights to product and development teams based on customer feedback and use cases
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate proactive outreach to potential customers via cold calls following personalized emails to generate leads and opportunities
