Role
Who you are
- 6+ of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising, selling insertion order media and managed services to brands and independent ad agencies
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
- Understanding of the Adtech ecosystem including DSP, SSP, DMP, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, or other online advertising technology
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
- Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and independent advertising agencies in the local area and in the region
- Ability to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles involving multiple internal and external teams
- Accustomed to building own processes to hold yourself accountable in sales cycle
- Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- While maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business

- Nexxen has an exciting opportunity with our Strategic Sales Team as a Senior Account Executive to grow our sales, evangelize the Nexxen managed service offering; and expand awareness of the Nexxen end-to-end solution to (New York) advertisers and independent ad agencies
- This is an outstanding opportunity to have an impactful role as we continue to grow
- As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead all the tactical sales and client management responsibilities of your book of business
- You will be responsible for driving revenue through proactive selling of our true end-to-end technology solution to net new business brands and agencies, that has a global reach with over 1 BILLION unique profiles, that is accessible across ALL CHANNELS, ALL DEVICES, and verified with advanced measurement tools powered by data intelligence
- You will drive sales, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and build long-term, reliable relationships with agencies and direct clients by delivering superior client service and results
- Achieve fiscal and strategic goals
- Cultivate and nurture connections with marketing agencies and brands
- Oversee sales forecasting tools and reporting
- Collaborate with local Trading and Account management teams to achieve client goals by coordinating stakeholder milestones for project completion
- Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, adapting communication style to persuade and positively influence outcomes
- Recognize business challenges that Nexxen's solutions can address
- Innovate and implement solutions for unarticulated needs and both new and existing market requirements
Our take
Video has been an invaluable marketing tool for businesses since the beginning of TV advertisement, but modern technology has dramatically changed how such content is consumed. On-demand omnichannel streaming services and CTV has provided unique opportunities for advertisers to develop their audience engagement strategies, but without the appropriate technology platform, this can be difficult to navigate.
Nexxen provides an end-to-end self-service CTV & video marketing platform, helping to provide businesses with the appropriate engagement tools to future-proof their video marketing. The platform includes AI-driven analytic tools based on audience data, marketplaces for the self-serving of media for campaigns, in addition to analytic tools to assess the success of campaigns in real-time.
Whilst several other start-ups provide either video engagement tools or self-serve video marketing marketplaces, Nexxen has taken the smart angle of combining both into a single platform, whilst specializing in futureproofing companies for the rise in CTV engagement demands. The company aims to save clients money, time, and operational complexity by unifying where they operate their video advertisement campaigns into a single platform.
