Who you are

Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational training
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Previous experience of start-up businesses

What the job involves

As a Junior Account Manager, you will join a team with the crucial responsibility to look after our existing customers during their subscription term
Securing subscription renewals is a crucial driver of revenue and is the ultimate test of client satisfaction
The goal of the Account Management team which you will be a part of is to ensure that customers are getting maximum value out of our product so that they keep renewing their subscriptions and adopt additional services
This is achieved through a customer life-cycle of user onboarding, product training, relationship building and ad hoc customer support
Above all, it’s about providing outstanding customer service and building enduring client relationships based on trust and value
Team success is measured by the proportion of existing clients that renew their annual subscription and adopt additional services
During your first three months you will undergo on-the-job training to make you a proficient user of our product, to learn about the industry that we operate in, and to learn all of our systems and processes for looking after clients
In this initial phase your job will be to handle routine customer support tasks to free up experienced Key Account Managers for more value-added activities
Once you've learned the ropes after three months or so, you will start looking after your own accounts, predominantly made up of small and medium-sized organisations, while continuing to support the Key Account Management team with customer service queries
