Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in fintech or consumer tech
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI / visualization tools
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for data manipulation a plus
- Strong business intuition — ability to connect data findings to real product and growth outcomes
- Curiosity, humility, and a builder mindset: you thrive in fast-paced, startup environments
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s excited to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the company
- You’ll work closely with Product, Growth, and Operations to design dashboards, analyze user behavior, and identify trends that help us understand our customers and scale efficiently
- You’ll have a direct impact on how we shape product strategy, optimize acquisition and retention, and measure business performance as we continue to grow rapidly
- Analyze product, marketing, and financial data to identify patterns and actionable insights
- Build dashboards and automated reports in tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau
- Partner with Product and Growth teams to design experiments and evaluate outcomes
- Define and track key metrics across funnels, cohorts, and customer segments
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure reliable data infrastructure and clean pipelines
- Translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership and stakeholders

In the US, it is difficult for immigrants to access financial services or build financial stability for themselves and their families. Barriers such as language, lack of documentation and the cost of services contribute to a structural opportunity gap. This is what Comun hopes to combat.
Acting as a financial ally for its users, Comun enables Latino immigrants in the US to open a checking account using any valid ID from their home country. Having this account enables people to deposit cash, send money home securely, access their paycheck early and talk to support in their own language.
All these features combine to make Comun the perfect place for people to gain control and peace of mind over their finances. This valuable idea has gained the interest of investors, who supplied funds that the company will use to build a financial hub with expanded solutions and resources.
