What the job involves

  • We are looking for a proactive, hands-on and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, initially focusing on CRM / lifecycle marketing before expanding into other areas of the business to identify the biggest opportunities as we grow into 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a generalist marketer with some experience in CRM who is also eager to engage in broader analytical and marketing activities.
  • Boost Conversion Rates: Run conversion rate experiments across our funnel through lifecycle marketing
  • 📧 Master Communication Strategies: Manage and optimise email and SMS communication strategies
  • 📊 Uncover Data-Driven Insights: Analyse large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and high-value customer cohorts
  • 👥 Tailor Experiences to Personas: Understand customer personas to address their needs and pain points effectively
  • ✍️ Craft Compelling Copy: Write persuasive, clear, and engaging copy
  • 🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, underwriting, operations, and growth
