Sales Development Representative, Orderful

• You have a proven track record selling EDI software and supporting customers with their supply chain initiatives
• You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization
• You have experience working with upper middle market and enterprise companies
• You have an in-depth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex sale in a highly consultative manner
• You excel at building value in competitive situations
• You enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge
• You are naturally analytical and enjoy digging into business models and helping customers quantify their investment decisions
• You get excited about prospecting, and can independently lead a sales cycle from start to finish

• We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales Team
• This role involves prospecting potential customers, qualifying leads, and working closely with our Account Executives to move customers through the sales funnel
• As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients and helping convert them into satisfied customers
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound and inbound prospecting efforts
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Orderful’s products and solutions
• Work closely with Account Executives to set up meetings and move leads further into the sales funnel
• Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation efforts and provide feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Meet or exceed quarterly lead and meeting targets
• Foster strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and present the value of Orderful’s solutions
• Assist with initial product demonstrations to qualified prospects
• Support the Account Executive team in closing deals by ensuring smooth communication and follow-up during the sales process
