What the job involves

As Sales Development Director, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing Sales Development team in the Benelux Region
You will play a key role in developing strategies to drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and enhance our overall sales pipeline
This is a pivotal role in shaping Sensorfact’s growth trajectory
