• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google docs and sheets

• We are hiring a Content Acquisition Manager for the Prime Video ‘Rent or Buy’ Store, based in our office in London or Munich
• As a Content Acquisition Manager you will initiate and drive the relationships with studios, negotiate transactional video on-demand (TVOD) license agreements with content owners, and drive content selection growth on the platform
• You will also manage operational programs to continuously improve content selection, customer experience and overall profitability for Prime Video TVOD across Europe
• You will have the opportunity to own key licensing negotiations, and develop strategic opportunities and operational programs to grow the business both in existing and in new territories
• Identify new content opportunities and partnerships
• Develop and document acquisition plans, financial metrics and goals for internal management
• Negotiate license agreements with large and small content providers to secure content for the service and to improve overall business terms
• Analyze results to drive improvements in acquisitions strategy
• Develop continuous improvement and operational programs to increase content selection, and improve customer and partner experience
• Work programmatically: creating structure and milestones to drive complex initiatives
• Clear communication: ability to summarise key points across complex initiatives to multiple stakeholder groups and levels of seniority
