What the job involves

Manage, support and grow our team of engineers who build our iOS and Android applications
Partner with product and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for the iOS and Android team
Work closely with Product, Research, Design, and Data, as well as with other engineering teams to define and build a best-in-class mobile experience
Guide the team in planning and executing a technical roadmap, using the latest Apple technologies (Swift and SwiftUI); and the latest Android technologies (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, coroutines and flows) that will provide the foundation for future feature development with great performance
Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment in partnership with other leaders in the organization

Its standout feature, Multiplayer mode, is like Google Docs for design, letting team members collaborate in real-time on project files that are hosted in the cloud.
