• 8+ Years of Product Leadership: You have a proven track record of shipping complex products, with at least 3 years specifically focused on ML-driven personalization or recommendation systems

• Own the Intelligence Strategy: Define the multi-year roadmap for Cedar Pay’s AI vision to create AI-driven patient journeys that anticipate needs by leveraging Cedar’s proprietary data to "meet patients where they are" with empathy and precision
• Enable Product Squads: Act as the internal champion for consuming teams. Define clear APIs, integration mechanisms, and documentation to ensure the platform’s value is seamlessly unlocked across the organization
• Guide Front-End Experience: Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams responsible for the UI to ensure effective consumption of the platform's intelligence
• Drive Rigorous Experimentation: Lead a culture of hypothesis-driven development, using large-scale A/B testing to validate how ML interventions impact financial behavior and user satisfaction
