Role
Who you are
- 6+ years working in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar technical customer facing roles
- 3+ years working in an iPaaS platform working directly with customer’s C-Suite/VP Level as the primary technical stakeholder
- Experience managing enterprise customers spanning multiple teams, projects, and priorities
- Proficient in one of the following languages: Javascript, Typescript, or Python
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architectures
- Bachelors in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering Experience

- Tray removes the limitations that come with rigid, legacy iPaaS products and is solving for the unintended consequences of digital transformation
- By freeing product leaders, business technologists and IT from tedious and repetitive tasks through automation, Tray customers can unlock their full potential and create the processes that are just right for them
- Design & Execute customer automation strategy
- Design & Develop large scale automations across multiple 3rd party services
- Directly manage a book of 20+ technical accounts primary technical owner
- Design an automation strategy across a customers set of internal applications
- Develop or co-develop solutions on behalf of customers / prospects inside of Tray.ai platform
- Support customers to develop automated and sustainable solutions that are not only address the current challenges in business processes, but also align with the organizations’ enterprise architecture in principle

Its latest release, Merlin AI, means that users can now automate intricate tasks, including aggregating or transferring data across systems.
