Who you are

To succeed as Business Development Executive you should be ambitious, hard working and a brilliant communicator
Proven ability and track record selling to new accounts
Proven record of overachieving quota annually
Proven experience and track record with solution-based approach to selling and complex sales process management
Ability to cultivate, manage, develop, and close new business
Proven and established professional, consultative relationships with the client, up to and including the C-level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Relationship management skills
3+ years of closing experience within the financial/ tech industry
Proven experience within sales and prospecting
Experience in Sales Tools including Hubspot & LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Desirable

Experience working within in startups is a plus
Existing relationships within the Financial industry is a nice to have

Running the entirety of the sales cycle
Focusing on pipeline generation > 30% self generated
Demo the DX Transactions Monitoring Platform to potential Clients
Cold call potential leads and prospects
Generate new business opportunities to fuel DX sales Pipeline and Growth
Lead generation and Sales support and administration
Become a Proficient in HubSpot CRM

AML (Anti-money Laundering) departments are essential to ensure that a business remains compliant. Yet, with the increasing complexity of fraudulent activities due to digital tools, this can often be extremely complicated. Manually monitoring suspicious activity is almost impossible due to the complexity and quantity of transactions, and the niche requirements of different industries often make existing software solutions redundant.

DX Compliance provides AML software that leverages machine learning to automate money laundering monitoring and compliance processes, providing customizable solutions. The software can monitor transactions based on the bespoke policies of a company, report suspicious activities in real-time, log communications with authorities, and automate the overall SAR (Suspicious Activity Reporting) process.

Whilst many machine learning-driven AML and financial compliance services are already available on the market for businesses, DX Compliance has taken a unique stance by designing its software with an all-in-one approach. This allows them to provide services for payment service providers, challenger banks, digital currencies, exchanges, and private banks.
