Talent Acquisition Coordinator, CoreWeave

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across time zones and teams
• Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Zoom, and Slack
• Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Skilled at building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract), you’ll play a critical role in delivering a high-quality candidate experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving recruiting team
• This position is 100% in-office and includes coordinating and supporting onsite, in-person interviews
• You’ll manage interview scheduling and logistics, ensure data accuracy across systems, and serve as a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process

• Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for both virtual and onsite interviews, working closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling, preparation, and day-of execution

• Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse
• Maintain accurate candidate data, ensuring our systems (Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, etc.) are always up to date
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and onsite support as needed throughout the interview process
• Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects and process improvements
