• Hazel needs a Business Development Representative who can consistently generate and qualify pipeline in the hundreds of thousands of dollars per month
• You’ll own top-of-funnel execution – responding quickly to inbound interest and running targeted outbound to our ICP while partnering closely with AEs to convert interest into high-quality meetings and sales-qualified opportunities
• This is a foundational hire with direct impact on Hazel’s growth trajectory and go-to-market playbook
• Generate pipeline by running a balanced motion across inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
• Qualify and route leads: run first-touch discovery, assess fit, and schedule next steps with AEs
• Execute targeted outbound plays (email, phone, LinkedIn) to reach key decision-makers in ICP accounts
• Create a great buyer experience: thoughtful follow-ups, clear next steps, and fast response times – especially on inbound
• Operate with rigor: maintain clean CRM data, track activity, and improve conversion through feedback loops with Product, Sales and Marketing
• Iterate your craft: test messaging, sequences, and channels; bring learnings back to the team to improve playbooks
• Learn the Wealth management AI landscape and translate Hazel.ai’s value into business outcomes for different personas (operators, leaders, technical stakeholders)
• Leverage AI to research accounts and craft high-signal, personalized outreach at scale – continuously testing messaging and sequences to improve reply rates, meetings set, and qualified pipeline conversion
