- A bachelor's degree in a STEM major (mathematics, computer science, engineering)

What the job involves
- Leading on Growth Analytics, you will enable the growth team to make better decisions faster
- You'll work as part of a cross-functional team alongside growth managers, product owners, engineers, and distribution. In this role, you will apply your expertise to drive what and how we build within the growth squad, leveraging data and cutting-edge technology to transform our customer journey
- This transformation will directly impact our customers' experience as well as the organization's goals. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining KPIs for the growth squad
- Additionally, you will be responsible for generating insights and actions based on prospect and customer data, informing customer acquisition and activation strategies. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, delivery-focused, data-driven, and capable of executing end-to-end initiatives independently
- Support the growth squad to deliver on our customer acquisition goals at target CAC
- Define key product metrics and track KPIs to analyse what really matters
- Understand prospect and customer behaviour and identify levers to help move key metrics
- Help conduct regular A/B tests across the customer journey
- Together with engineers productionise data collection, transformation and storage
- Build information feedback loops and inform decision making of stakeholders in the business
- Build out a growth product playbook and a campaign analysis framework
