What the job involves
- We are looking for a talented and collaborative Creative Manager to contribute to developing content across Royal Match and Royal Kingdom
- As a Creative Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering inspiring advertising that ensures a regular pipeline of world-class content for the US and other tier-1 markets with one of the largest marketing budgets in the gaming industry
- You will also work with the brand and performance marketing team to create innovative concepts and scripts for digital media and TV
- Collaborating with the broader marketing team to brainstorm and develop innovative, creative concepts that help differentiate our games
- Leading script development, ensuring engaging, fun, product-driven, compelling storylines
- Developing and strengthening our unique identity and tone of voice across our portfolio of games
- Contributing to our long-term creative brand vision by finding creative ways to reinforce our value propositions and positioning through a relentless understanding of our product, players, and brand goals
- Developing innovative and influential creative strategies across various initiatives that inspire and entertain our target audience
- Overseeing the creative development process from concept to execution alongside our brand team collaboratively
- Being adept at presenting ideas, being humble at taking feedback and being comfortable working in a collaborative and iterative environment

Since founding in 2019 the company has raised a considerable amount of funding and was valued at $2.75 billion only two years in. It’ll be interesting to see what the company does to continue on this streak of wins.
