- Proven agency experience: Several years of professional writing experience in leading creative agencies

What the job involves
- We're seeking a passionate (Senior) Creative Copywriter to help us strengthen brand presence and build a thriving community around the future of AI-driven product development. You’ll oversee 360° campaign ideation, craft compelling copy across multiple formats, and translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives to amplify SPREAD’s voice and influence in the industry
- Conceptualize and drive 360° campaigns: Develop and execute attention-grabbing ideas and strategic messaging for integrated campaigns that span print, digital, social (LinkedIn and YouTube), and beyond
- Craft engaging copy: Write inspiring headlines, persuasive copy, and any other textual element — always with an eye toward clarity and impact
- Social media community building: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant industry forums, by fostering meaningful discussions
- Optimize & experiment: Stay ahead of platform (LinkedIn & YouTube) and industry trends, identify and test new concepts, adapt content formats and topics to maximize reach and engagement
- Generate surprising creative ideas: Go beyond the expected to propose bold concepts (e.g. social brand campaigns) that resonate with technical audiences
- Drive content across channels: Conceive and produce both classic and digital materials, including brochures and other marketing collateral
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with our design, growth, product marketing and other team members to ensure alignment, meet deadlines, and deliver on company objectives
Our take
The complexity of modern products, as well as the associated manufacturing processes, has increased over the past few decades. This growing complexity introduces three major challenges for engineers creating complex products. Firstly, the process is often inefficient, with engineers spending large amounts of time on non-productive things like coordination meetings. Secondly, information in this area is often difficult to find: engineers commonly spend around a quarter of their time searching for product information. Thirdly, creating cross-departmental understanding is often highly challenging. In short, things need to get better.
This is where SPREAD comes in. Its software streamlines the product design process at all stages, from providing access to part or component information to suggesting how a product can be assembled and even repaired. These high-level product insights aim to increase efficiency in the design process.
SPREAD has generated a lot of interest with a customer base including major manufacturers such as Audi, Ford, Miele and Porsche. This has led to the startup raising a significant amount of funding which it intends to use for early product development and growth.
