Executive Operations Partner, Abridge

• Experience: 10+ years in roles supporting leadership, such as Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant, or Executive Operations, with proven success in dynamic environments

• Abridge is experiencing rapid growth across all areas, and we are looking for a dynamic Executive Operations Partner to strategically support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Product Officer (CPO), and General Counsel (GC)
• This hybrid role, based in San Francisco, is integral to driving operational efficiency, ensuring that our executives are well-supported and equipped to meet the company’s fast-paced demands
• You will manage high-level administrative needs while playing a critical role in optimizing processes and enabling the growth of the leadership team
• Your work will directly impact Abridge’s ability to scale quickly and effectively, and you will report directly to the leadership team
• Executive Support & Calendar Management: You will oversee and optimize the calendars of the CFO, CPO, and GC, ensuring time is allocated efficiently and priorities are managed
• Where appropriate, you may also support inbox triaging and time management to maximize your executives’ productivity
• Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll manage logistics for meetings, travel, and events, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure your executives are always prepared and aligned
• Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: You’ll collaborate with the Executive Operations Partners across the company to streamline administrative processes, proactively identify gaps, and implement solutions that drive operational excellence
• You will also provide help to other Executive Operations partners for team events like offsites and company events, as needed
