Role
Who you are
- A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the AdTech industry, with a strong emphasis on mobile app advertising
- An existing network of mobile app publishers, within the AMERICAS region
- Proven experience in executing and managing technical integrations (e.g., VAST, o.RTB, SDK, Header Bidding, etc.)
- Adept at managing complex sales cycles and skilled in negotiating contracts
- Strong collaborative skills to work seamlessly across multiple departments, including product, marketing, and account management
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise tailored solutions for mobile app publisher partnerships
- Deep breadth of experience working with various Mobile App Platforms such as: Max, Ironsource, AdMob, A9, etc
- Proficiency in working with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A bachelor's degree
What the job involves
- This role will have a specific focus on sourcing and onboarding new Mobile App Publishers to Smaato's omni-channel ad exchange
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new mobile app publisher and developer clients
- Initiate and lead external-facing calls and meetings with prospective publishers
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to create compelling client-facing presentations and prepare for pitches tailored to the mobile app ecosystem
- Successfully convert potential mobile app publishers into signed clients
- Work closely with the account management team to ensure a seamless onboarding process that meets the unique requirements of mobile app publishers
- Develop innovative strategies to engage and attract new publishers
- Build and nurture relationships with publishers, focusing on establishing long-term partnerships
- Skillfully negotiate deals and contracts to generate revenue within the mobile app sector
- Keep a finger on the pulse of the mobile app market and competitive landscape to shape effective business strategies
- Manage client relationships with the goal of maximizing the available inventory and meeting daily delivery needs
- Provide timely sales forecasts and reports to the executive team
